Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is excited to announce the opening of a new establishment and is actively seeking a dedicated LINE COOK to join our dynamic team!

Summary:
At Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, we prioritize our associates, fostering a positive work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork. As a line cook, you will be responsible for preparing a diverse range of hot and cold food items, including salads, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers. Your duties will encompass washing, peeling, slicing, and mixing vegetables, fruits, pasta, and other ingredients for entrees, appetizers, salads, and garnishes. Additionally, you will carve and slice meats and cheeses, and measure and mix ingredients according to established recipes for dressings, sauces, salads, and both hot and cold dishes.

  • Implementing proper food safety practices during handling and preparation, including personal hygiene, hand washing, glove use, and knife skills.
  • Being knowledgeable about emergency procedures within the restaurant.
  • Upholding the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in your work area, including prep tables, countertops, refrigeration units, floors, walls, and shelving.
  • Completing all job responsibilities while following safety guidelines and practices and promptly reporting any unsafe conditions, accidents, or injuries.
