As a Line Cook, you will oversee kitchen service operations during your shift.

Key Areas of Focus (including but not limited to):

  • Preparing a diverse range of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items
  • Taking full responsibility for the quality of all products prepared
  • Adhering to standards for portion sizes, cooking techniques, and overall kitchen performance
  • Managing stock and product inventory, with a focus on minimizing waste
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation
  • Demonstrating excellence in time management
  • Complying with all food safety standards and procedures

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a prep cook in a high-volume restaurant or bar
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively address the demands of the restaurant environment
  • Attention to detail in every aspect of food preparation and presentation
  • A positive, welcoming, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong communication skills to inspire consistency and excellence within the team
  • A strong belief in providing professional and ethical guest services

Reports To: General Manager/Chef de Cuisine
Compensation: Hourly + Tips
Hours: Flexible Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available
