Job Title: Line Cook

Company: Homestead

Location: Royal Oak, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $16 for a Line Cook in Royal Oak, MI, is slightly below the national average for similar positions, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and establishment type. In Michigan, the average hourly wage for a Line Cook is around $15 to $18. While this wage may be competitive for entry-level positions or smaller establishments, it may not attract experienced cooks or those seeking long-term career opportunities in higher-end restaurants. Therefore, while $16 could be sufficient for some candidates, it may not fully align with industry standards for attracting skilled labor in a competitive job market.
