As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing a diverse range of hot and cold food items including salad mixes, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers. Your role will involve preparing and presenting ingredients such as vegetables, fruits, pasta, and various meats and cheeses, while adhering to established recipes and quality standards.

Essential Functions of the Position Include, but Are Not Limited To:
- Arriving on time as scheduled, maintaining a clean and uniform appearance in line with restaurant standards, and practicing positive personal hygiene throughout your shifts.
- Preparing all food items to ensure compliance with company specifications, recipes, procedures, plate presentation, and quality standards, to guarantee a superior dining experience for our guests.
- Utilizing proper food safety techniques during handling and preparation, including personal hygiene, hand washing, and knife skills.
- Being knowledgeable of the restaurant’s emergency procedures.
- Upholding the highest standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety in all work areas, including prep tables, countertops, refrigeration units, floors, walls, and shelving.
- Completing all job responsibilities while following safety guidelines and practices, and promptly reporting any unsafe conditions or incidents.
