Responsibilities:

  • Complete all assigned preparation work and establish the cook’s station.
  • Uphold product presentation, quality standards, and cooking time requirements.
  • Prepare menu items in accordance with IHOP’s established recipes.
  • Organize the workstation according to the provided station diagram.
  • Adhere to sanitary and safe food handling practices at all times.
  • Clean and sanitize the work area before, during, and after shifts.
  • Execute assigned daily and weekly cleaning tasks.

Requirements:

  • Ability to place plates, utensils, pans, and cases on both high and low shelves.
  • Proficient reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
