Responsibilities:
- Complete all assigned preparation work and establish the cook’s station.
- Uphold product presentation, quality standards, and cooking time requirements.
- Prepare menu items in accordance with IHOP’s established recipes.
- Organize the workstation according to the provided station diagram.
- Adhere to sanitary and safe food handling practices at all times.
- Clean and sanitize the work area before, during, and after shifts.
- Execute assigned daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
Requirements:
- Ability to place plates, utensils, pans, and cases on both high and low shelves.
- Proficient reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of operating knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation tools.
- Mobility required throughout the entire shift.
