Responsibilities:

• Execute all assigned prep work and prepare the cook’s station for service.
• Uphold product presentation, quality, and cooking time standards.
• Prepare menu items meticulously in accordance with IHOP’s established recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation according to the designated layout.
• Adhere to sanitary practices and ensure safe food handling consistently.
• Clean and sanitize the work area before, during, and after shifts.
• Complete designated daily and weekly cleaning tasks.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and place plates, utensils, pans, and cases on both high and low shelves.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Skilled in using knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation tools.
• Continuous mobility is required throughout the entire shift.
