Responsibilities:
- Execute all assigned prep work and prepare the cook’s station for service.
- Uphold product presentation, quality, and cooking time standards.
- Prepare menu items meticulously in accordance with IHOP’s established recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation according to the designated layout.
- Adhere to sanitary practices and ensure safe food handling consistently.
- Clean and sanitize the work area before, during, and after shifts.
- Complete designated daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and place plates, utensils, pans, and cases on both high and low shelves.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication.
- Skilled in using knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation tools.
- Continuous mobility is required throughout the entire shift.
