CAMERON MITCHELL RESTAURANTS is currently seeking a talented LINE COOK to become an integral part of our team.

What is your role? Your primary aim will be to cultivate “Raving Fans” among our Associates, Guests, Purveyors, Partners, and the Communities we serve.
Summary: At Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, we prioritize our Associates, who bring a positive attitude, creative mindset, and collaborative spirit to work each day. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing a diverse array of hot and cold food items, including salad mixes, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers. This position entails washing, peeling, slicing, and mixing vegetables, fruits, pasta, and other ingredients necessary for creating entrees, appetizers, salads, and garnishes, as well as carving and slicing meats and cheese. You will measure and mix ingredients according to established recipes to ensure the quality and consistency of our offerings.

Essential Functions of the Position Include, but are not Limited to:
– Arriving at work on time as scheduled, wearing a clean and maintained uniform in accordance with restaurant standards, and practicing good personal hygiene throughout shifts.
– Preparing all food items in accordance with company specifications, recipes, procedures, and quality standards to ensure that our Guests enjoy a superior dining experience.
– Utilizing proper food safety techniques during food handling and preparation, including maintaining hygiene, hand washing, and knife skills.
– Understanding and implementing emergency procedures relevant to the restaurant.
– Maintaining the highest standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety within the work area, including prep tables, countertops, refrigeration units, floors, walls, and shelves.
– Executing all job responsibilities while adhering to safety guidelines, promptly reporting any unsafe conditions, accidents, or injuries.
