We are seeking an enthusiastic and fast-paced individual to join our team at Anna’s House as a Line Cook. In this role, you will have the opportunity to prepare unique and delicious meals while contributing to our mission of guest satisfaction.

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food to precise specifications and setting up stations for our menu offerings. You will also assist the Kitchen Manager with daily operations, ensuring seamless kitchen functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
– Efficiently prepare and cook menu items for guests, collaborating with the kitchen staff for optimal service.
– Operate large-volume cooking equipment including griddles, grills, and deep fryers.
– Multitask effectively by managing numerous orders concurrently, adhering to guest instructions.
– Ensure timely delivery of high-quality food items that are prepared simultaneously.
– Prepare, wash, and cut various ingredients, including vegetables and meats, and craft sauces.
– Follow instructions from the Kitchen Manager and General Manager diligently.
– Maintain cleanliness of your work station and store leftover food appropriately.
– Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
– Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations.

– Perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education:
– High school diploma or equivalent is required.
– Culinary school diploma is preferred.

Experience:
