In this role, you will be responsible for preparing food to precise specifications while setting up stations for the menu. You will also assist the Kitchen Manager with daily operations, playing a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience.

The Line Cook will be tasked with preparing, seasoning, and cooking all menu items, including specialty options and featured dishes. Consistency and efficiency in producing each order, adhering to the quality and safety standards expected by both Anna’s House and our guests, are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items swiftly and efficiently, collaborating closely with fellow kitchen staff.
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment, such as griddles, grills, and deep fryers.
• Multitask by simultaneously cooking various orders while following guest instructions accurately.
• Ensure food items are presented simultaneously, maintaining high quality and timeliness.
• Prepare, wash, and cut ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces.
• Respond to and carry out instructions from the Kitchen Manager and General Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness at work stations and properly store leftover food.
• Set up and stock stations with all required supplies.
• Adhere to nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive and professional demeanor with coworkers and guests.
• Perform additional related duties as needed.

Requirements:

Education:

Experience:
