Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a part-time Line Cook to join our team at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing dishes in accordance with established recipes and chef specifications. Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, portion, and cook all food items accurately and efficiently
• Maintain correct food temperatures and ensure safe food storage
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties following established guidelines
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and adequately stocked
• Follow waste control protocols and maintain accurate records on spoilage

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a prep cook or line cook
• Ability to manage multiple orders swiftly and effectively
• Capability to follow established procedures and accept directions
• Basic math skills to understand, calculate, and adhere to recipe measurements and proportions
• A high school diploma or GED is not required

Physical Requirements:

• Manual dexterity sufficient to chop, mix, and blend various foods and liquids
• Ability to lift large pans weighing up to 50 pounds and operate kitchen equipment
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive motions
