Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items following established recipes and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Ensure food presentation is visually appealing and meets company standards.
  • Monitor inventory and communicate when additional food preparation is needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members regarding ticket times and any potential service challenges.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
