Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook who is enthusiastic about preparing and cooking food to meet Perkins’ high standards. Your passion and commitment will contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience for every guest through the preparation of quality cuisine.
Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure food presentation aligns with our standards and is visually appealing to guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate the need for additional preparation as necessary.
  • Effectively communicate with team members regarding ticket times, potential service challenges, and other arising issues.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area, following best practices for food handling and sanitation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
