Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook who is enthusiastic about preparing and cooking food in accordance with Perkins’ standards. Your commitment to quality food preparation will help ensure that each guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare menu items following established recipes and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure food presentation is visually appealing and meets our standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any additional prep needs.
• Effectively communicate regarding ticket times and any service-related issues.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area, adhering to food handling and sanitation protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous line cook experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended durations.
