Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items in accordance with specified recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure food presentation is visually appealing and meets established standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate the need for additional preparation when necessary.
  • Effectively communicate ticket times, service challenges, and other pertinent issues to team members.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized work area while adhering to food handling and sanitation protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook is preferred, though not mandatory.
