Job Summary

We are seeking a Line Cook who is dedicated to preparing and cooking food that meets Perkins’ high standards. Your passion and commitment to crafting quality meals will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding dining experience for each guest.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure food presentation adheres to standards and appeals to guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate the need for additional preparation as necessary.
  • Effectively communicate with team members regarding ticket times and potential service challenges.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following proper food handling and sanitation protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a line cook is preferred, though not required.
