Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Line Cook who is dedicated to preparing and cooking high-quality food in alignment with Perkins standards. Your role will be essential in ensuring that each guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience through your commitment to culinary excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare menu items following established recipes and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure food presentation is visually appealing and meets established standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate the need for additional preparation as necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with team members regarding ticket times, service challenges, and other relevant issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food handling and sanitation protocols.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a line cook is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
