With an on-premise butcher shop, our team hand-carves and grinds meat daily, guaranteeing the highest quality of our beef and bison offerings.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen is preferred
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for the duration of your shift
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
