Responsibilities:
As a Prep Cook or Line Cook, you will play a vital role in the successful operation of the kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the stocking and setup of kitchen stations.
  • Preparing food items through cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
  • Cooking food items using various methods such as grilling, frying, and sautéing.
