Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook who is enthusiastic about preparing and cooking exceptional food in accordance with our QSL standards. Your commitment to quality will help ensure that each guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure food presentation aligns with our standards and is visually appealing to guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels, alerting management when additional preparation is necessary.
  • Communicate effectively regarding ticket times, potential service challenges, and other arising issues.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Execute all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a line cook is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
