Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate Line Cook dedicated to preparing and cooking exceptional food in alignment with QSL standards. Your enthusiasm for quality food will contribute significantly to providing our guests with an outstanding dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items according to established recipes and quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure food presentation is both enticing and meets our high standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and inform management when additional preparation is necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding ticket times, service challenges, and any emerging issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to food handling and sanitation protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a line cook is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
