Job Summary
We are seeking a Line Cook who is dedicated to preparing and cooking dishes that meet QSL’s high standards. You will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests through your skill and commitment to culinary excellence.
Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items according to established recipes and high quality standards.
- Ensure food presentation aligns with our standards and is visually appealing to guests.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate the need for additional preparation.
- Effectively communicate with team members regarding ticket times, service issues, and other relevant concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to proper food handling and sanitation protocols.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior line cook experience is preferred, though not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
