Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook who is committed to preparing and cooking food to our high standards. Your passion for culinary excellence will contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
– Ensure food presentation is visually appealing and meets set standards.
– Monitor inventory levels and communicate when additional prep work is necessary.
– Effectively communicate with team members regarding ticket times, potential service issues, and other concerns as they arise.
– Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area, following proper food handling and sanitation practices.
– Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

– Prior experience as a line cook is preferred but not mandatory.
– Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
– Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
– Capability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
