Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook who is enthusiastic about preparing and cooking food to QSL standards. Your commitment to excellence will enhance each guest’s dining experience through the preparation of high-quality meals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food presentation aligns with company standards and is visually appealing to diners.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate the need for additional preparation when necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to manage ticket times and address any service-related issues that may arise.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation protocols.
• Carry out all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience is preferred, although not required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
