Job Summary
We are seeking a Line Cook who is enthusiastic about preparing and cooking food to meet QSL standards. You will play a vital role in ensuring each guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience through your dedication to crafting high-quality meals.
Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items according to established recipes and quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure food presentation aligns with standards and appeals to patrons.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate when additional preparation is required.
  • Effectively communicate with team members regarding ticket times, potential service challenges, and other concerns as they arise.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked work environment, adhering to food handling and sanitation regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
