Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook who is enthusiastic about preparing and cooking high-quality food that meets our QSL standards. You will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests by passionately committing to food preparation excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items according to specified recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure food presentation adheres to standards and is appealing to guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels and suggest additional prep work as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding ticket times, potential service issues, and other concerns as they arise.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area, complying with proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a line cook is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
