Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook who is passionate about preparing and cooking high-quality food in alignment with Quaker Steak & Lube standards. Your commitment to quality food preparation will enhance each guest’s dining experience, reflecting our brand’s dedication to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare menu items according to established recipes and quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure food presentation is of a high standard and visually appealing to guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate the need for additional preparation as necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members regarding ticket times, service issues, and other relevant concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation protocols.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a line cook is preferred but not required.
