Job Summary:

We seek a dedicated Line Cook who is enthusiastic about preparing and cooking food that meets our high standards. Your commitment to culinary excellence will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure food presentation aligns with standards, creating an appealing visual experience for guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate any additional preparation needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members regarding ticket times, service challenges, and other operational matters.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area while adhering to proper food handling and sanitation guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous line cook experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
