– Adhering to recipes and practicing portion control to prepare, garnish, and present menu items.
– Ensuring the kitchen and workstation are adequately set up daily.
– Requisitioning and stocking necessary food, paper products, and condiments.
– Properly handling, storing, and rotating all products.
– Maintaining, cleaning, and breaking down kitchen machinery and equipment as necessary.
– Managing the stock, cutting, and storage of perishables daily to guarantee product quality.
– Completing opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required.
– Taking responsibility for the quality of all served products.
– Performing general and specific cleaning tasks to comply with health standards.
– Executing other duties as assigned.
