Job description:

The World Equestrian Center in Wilmington, OH is seeking a dedicated Full-time Line Cook to enhance our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, experience in food and banquet services, and a commitment to creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Availability on weekends is essential.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the manager on duty to assess the day’s preparation requirements.
  • Adhere to company recipes and procedures during food preparation and cooking.
  • Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized workspace.
  • Review guest checks to ensure accurate pricing for all food items.
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene and personal appearance.
  • Assist in managing food costs and minimizing waste.
  • Follow best practices for sanitation and safety.
  • Demonstrate a sense of ownership regarding kitchen equipment.
  • Work effectively and professionally with other restaurant departments.
  • Participate in opening and closing duties and assist with clean-up as required.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by management.
