Job description:
The Word Equestrian Center, located in Wilmington, OH, is currently seeking a Full-time Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, relevant experience in food and banquet services, and a strong commitment to delivering an outstanding experience for our guests. Availability on weekends is essential.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Coordinate with the manager on duty regarding the daily prep list to ascertain requirements.
– Adhere to company recipes and procedures during food preparation and cooking.
– Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized work environment.
– Review guest checks to ensure accurate recording of all food items.
– Uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance.
– Contribute to cost control and waste management efforts.
– Follow proper sanitation and safety protocols.
– Treat kitchen equipment with a sense of ownership and responsibility.
– Collaborate professionally with other departments within the restaurant.
– Participate in opening and closing duties, as well as cleanup tasks as required.
– Execute other duties as assigned by management.
