In-Person Application Hours: Monday – Friday: 2 PM – 4 PM

Responsibilities:

– Ensure that both the team and your designated station maintain a safe and clean working environment.
– Maintain a sanitized and organized kitchen space.
– Clearly communicate with team members and other staff.
– Exhibit a collaborative spirit, demonstrating a willingness to assist colleagues throughout the restaurant.
– Prepare fresh ingredients at the start of each shift, including tasks such as chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and more.
– Ensure all food items and other supplies are stored correctly.
– Stock and restock supplies at the beginning and end of each shift.
– Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment.
– Acquire familiarity with all kitchen areas, including Stretch, Topping, Expo, Appetizer/Salad station, Dish room, and Prep Station.

Starting Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
