The Opportunity: Contribute to the Growth of Your Career

You will be fully responsible for ensuring the efficient, productive, and safe operation of your department while consistently meeting or exceeding daily production goals within the Distribution Center. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of quality and service. To achieve this, you will engage directly with your team, spending a minimum of 90% of your shift “on the floor” to review orders and guide associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily departmental activities, including planning, workflow, and resource allocation.
• Develop and motivate associates while fostering high morale and maintaining our company culture.
• Build effective relationships with business partners, including management, peers, the union, human resources, loss prevention, and transportation teams.
• Communicate effectively with associates and management to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure that all safety and housekeeping standards are met.
• Pursue continual improvement by reviewing practices, methods, and processes, and making recommendations for enhancements.

Who We Are Looking For: You!

• Proven experience managing diverse teams of 20 or more associates.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication, coaching, and developmental skills, along with proficiency in math and computer applications.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, manage conflict, provide constructive feedback, and cultivate new leaders.
• Flexibility to support multiple shifts.
