Job Description
Job Title: Lot Operations Specialist II – Crew Leader (Manheim)
Company: Cox Enterprises
Location: Hamilton, OH
Pay: $14.71 – 22.12 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14.71 to $22.12 for the “Lot Operations Specialist II – Crew Leader” position in Hamilton, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum for similar roles in the automotive and logistics industries. While entry-level positions in this field might start around the lower end of this pay range, more experienced crew leaders or those in management tend to earn higher wages, often exceeding $20 per hour, particularly in areas with a higher cost of living. Comparing this rate to national averages, which typically range from $15 to $25 per hour depending on experience and regional demand, one could argue that this compensation may not be fully competitive, especially given the increasing focus on fair wages and the rise of minimum wage laws across various states. Overall, candidates may seek higher compensation given the responsibilities associated with a crew leader position.
