The Role:
As an LPN at Trilogy, you will fulfill various responsibilities typically expected in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses in the assessment of patients.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
- Conduct routine laboratory tests and provide therapeutic services.
- Educate patients and their families on recommended treatment plans, including self-care post-discharge, holistic health, available resources, and follow-up care.
- Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety, taking corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
- BLS Provider certification obtained within one month (30 days) of hire or transfer.
- Valid Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license required prior to hire or transfer.
- High school diploma or GED.
