Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses in the assessment of patients.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.

• Educate patients and their families on recommended treatment plans, including self-care post-discharge, holistic health, available resources, and follow-up care.
• Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety, taking corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

• BLS Provider certification obtained within one month (30 days) of hire or transfer.
• Valid Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license required prior to hire or transfer.
• High school diploma or GED.
