What We’re Looking For:
In your role, you will:
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses to contribute to patient assessments
- Administer medications while monitoring for any adverse reactions
- Conduct routine lab tests and therapeutic services
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
- Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety, taking appropriate corrective action
Qualifications:

- BLS Provider certification obtained within one month (30 days) of hire or job transfer
- Valid Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license prior to hire or job transfer
- High school diploma or GED
