What We’re Looking For:

In your role, you will:

  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses to contribute to patient assessments
  • Administer medications while monitoring for any adverse reactions
  • Conduct routine lab tests and therapeutic services
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
  • Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety, taking appropriate corrective action

Qualifications:

We would be pleased to talk with you if you possess:

  • BLS Provider certification obtained within one month (30 days) of hire or job transfer
  • Valid Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license prior to hire or job transfer
  • High school diploma or GED
