What We Seek:
As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to assess patient conditions
- Administering medications and monitoring patients for adverse reactions
- Conducting routine laboratory tests and providing therapeutic services
- Educating patients and their families about recommended treatment plans, self-care procedures post-discharge, holistic health considerations, available resources, and follow-up care
- Identifying safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety and implementing appropriate corrective actions
Qualifications We Desire:
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer
- Valid Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license before the hire or transfer date
- High school diploma or GED
