WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
In your role, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses to assess patient needs
  • Administer medications while monitoring patients for any adverse reactions
  • Conduct routine lab tests and provide therapeutic services
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, including post-discharge self-care, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
  • Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety and take appropriate corrective actions
