### What We Are Looking For:
In this role, you will:
– Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses to assess patients
– Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions
– Conduct routine laboratory tests and therapeutic services
– Educate patients and their families on disease treatment plans, including post-discharge self-care, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
– Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety, taking corrective action as needed
### Qualifications:
