What We’re Looking For:
As a member of our team, you will:
- Assist in assessing patients in close collaboration with Registered Nurses
- Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions
- Conduct routine lab tests and provide therapeutic services
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, self-care post-discharge, holistic health requirements, resources, and follow-up care
- Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure the safety of residents, taking appropriate corrective actions as necessary

- BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire or job transfer date
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse licensure obtained prior to hire or job transfer date
- High school diploma or GED
