What We’re Looking For:
As a member of our team, you will:

  • Assist in assessing patients in close collaboration with Registered Nurses
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions
  • Conduct routine lab tests and provide therapeutic services
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, self-care post-discharge, holistic health requirements, resources, and follow-up care
  • Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure the safety of residents, taking appropriate corrective actions as necessary

  • BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire or job transfer date
  • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse licensure obtained prior to hire or job transfer date
