Key Responsibilities:
As part of our team, you will:
- Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses in assessing patient needs
- Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions
- Conduct routine lab tests and provide therapeutic services
- Educate patients and families regarding disease management, self-care following discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
- Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure the residents’ safety and implement corrective actions as needed
Qualifications:
