Job Title: LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse
Company: The Oaks at Jamestown
Location: Zeeland, MI
Pay: $28.39 – 37.06 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $28.39 to $37.06 for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Zeeland, MI, is generally competitive when compared to nationwide averages for the role. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the median annual wage for LPNs was approximately $48,070, which translates to an hourly rate of about $23.10, suggesting that this rate falls above the national average, especially given that Michigan’s rates typically range from $20 to over $30 per hour depending on experience and location. Factors such as demand for healthcare services in the area, cost of living, and regional nursing shortages may further support this competitive wage, enhancing its alignment with industry standards in the region.
