Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses to assess patient needs
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions
  • Conduct routine lab tests and therapeutic services
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, self-care post-discharge, holistic health considerations, available resources, and follow-up care
  • Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety, taking appropriate corrective actions

Qualifications:
