Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to assess patients
- Administering medications and monitoring patients for any adverse reactions
- Performing routine lab tests and therapeutic services
- Educating patients and their families regarding disease treatment plans, post-discharge self-care, holistic health needs, and follow-up care
- Identifying safety hazards and emergency situations, and implementing corrective measures to ensure resident safety
Qualifications We Seek:
- BLS Provider certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer
- Valid Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse license prior to hire or transfer
- High school diploma or GED
