WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:
– Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to assess patient needs
– Administering medications and observing patients for any adverse reactions
– Performing routine laboratory tests and therapeutic services
– Educating patients and their families on recommended treatment plans, including post-discharge self-care, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
– Identifying safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety and taking appropriate corrective measures

Qualifications we seek:
– BLS Provider certification obtained within one month (30 days) of your hire or transfer date
– Valid Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license obtained prior to your hire or transfer date
– A high school diploma or GED
