Role Expectations:
As an LPN at Trilogy, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses in the assessment of patients
• Administering medications while monitoring patients for any adverse reactions
• Conducting routine lab tests and providing therapeutic services
• Educating patients and their families about treatment plans, self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
• Identifying safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure the safety of our residents, and taking appropriate corrective actions

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one month of hire or transfer
• A valid Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license prior to hire or transfer
• A high school diploma or GED
