WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
As part of our dedicated team, your responsibilities will include:
– Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to assess patient needs
– Administering medications and monitoring patients for any adverse reactions
– Conducting routine laboratory tests and providing therapeutic services
– Educating patients and their families on treatment plans, including post-discharge self-care, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
– Identifying safety hazards and emergency situations, taking appropriate corrective actions to ensure resident safety
