Job Title: LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse- Weekend Program

Company: The Oaks at Jamestown

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $28.39 – 37.06 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $28.39 to $37.06 for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a weekend program in Grand Rapids, MI, appears to be competitive and aligns well with industry standards for this role in the region. As of 2023, average hourly wages for LPNs in Michigan typically range from $23 to $30, with some experienced nurses and those in specialized positions able to earn higher wages, especially for weekend or evening shifts which often come with a premium. Given this context, the offered range reflects a solid compensation package that would likely attract candidates seeking both flexibility and competitive pay in the healthcare field, particularly in a weekend-only program setup that may also account for the demand for nursing staff during off-peak hours.
