WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Here is what you will be responsible for upon joining us:
– Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to assess patient needs
– Administering medications and monitoring patients for any adverse reactions
– Performing routine laboratory tests and therapeutic services
– Educating patients and their families on recommended treatment plans, including post-discharge self-care, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
– Identifying safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety, taking corrective actions as necessary
If you possess the following qualifications, we would love to converse with you:
– BLS Provider certification obtained within one month (30 days) of hire or job transfer date
– Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credential obtained prior to hire or transfer date
– High school diploma or GED
