What we’re looking for:

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

– Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to assess patients
– Administering medications and monitoring patients for adverse reactions
– Conducting routine lab tests and providing therapeutic services
– Educating patients and their families on recommended treatment plans, including self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
– Identifying safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure the safety of our residents and taking appropriate corrective actions

We invite candidates with the following qualifications to apply:

– Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider certification obtained within one month (30 days) of hire or transfer date
– Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license obtained prior to hire or transfer date
– High school diploma or GED
