What You’ll Be Doing:
– Oversee the closing procedures of the spa, adhering to end-of-day guidelines while preparing the facility for the following day’s operations and ensuring security of the premises.
– Lead front desk staff and licensed professionals, ensuring adherence to protocols, addressing inquiries, and recognizing outstanding employee performance.
– Provide professional and courteous service to all guests, consistently delivering above-and-beyond experiences and identifying areas for improvement.
– Warmly greet guests and manage phone inquiries, collect payments, recommend services, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
– Introduce guests to the Woodhouse Experience with a thorough facility tour, highlighting amenities that will enhance their visit.
– Clearly articulate our spa treatment menu and packages to guests.
– Educate guests on our signature product lines to assist in their at-home spa regimen.
– Deliver exceptional service that exceeds expectations, fostering guest retention and encouraging return visits.
– Achieve sales targets through effective promotion of gift cards and retail products.

Job Type:
Full-time position requiring availability to work weekends and evenings.
